They were on the menu this past week (July 22-27th) and I literally made 3 separate trips (all in 1 week) back to this store and each batch of cookies that I received looked and tasted absolutely amazing!! The employees just had a lazy and apathetic demeanor, flies were in abundance, and overall it just felt like nobody really had any pride in their work. Lots of leaning, and hardly any cleaning. “I was having dinner next door, and afterwards we wanted something sweet so we walked into this Ice Cream Shop, the owners are so friendly, they only speak Spanish!! But it’s no problem at all, she let me try out of the flavors and I picked the Rose one, it has a natural fragrance of rose and not extremely sweet like the ice cream I had before. “It’s hard for any other location to match up to Texas
I know Braum’s are everywhere but OKC is a different nexus
The location was very clean indeed and made me want to return
But the young lady in the front was very new without much support and my visit took a slight turn
The manager sat on a chair in the front and looked as if she was taking orders
The young lady was lost and a bit unsure and had a small ice cream scoop disorder
I ordered the pistachio flavor with a large waffle cone and my mouth began to water
She looked down confused and couldn’t find my muse, I wish someone would have taught her.
The scoops that were given didn’t fill the big cone and left me a little disappointed
So I grabbed a spoon and pressed it all down so that the whole cone is better anointed.
My sister was mad when she received her cone which was so much smaller than mine
She picked up the scoop with a look of despair but went on and stepped out of line
The dessert was great as it always is but the staff could be better trained
For everything is bigger in Texas and OKC can take note so my confidence in you is regained.“

Their menu is streamlined to just a few awesome flavors and toppings, and I love the nod to simplicity!

“This is one of the cleanest restaurants I have even been in. The restrooms were spotless, tables and drink counters were well maintained and stocked. The grocer was entertaining and talkative as we waited for our meals, and the cashier was attentive and nailed our order. I will pick this store every time as there is one at each exit.
